Job Summary:
We are non-profit NGO/charity with operations in Cambodia and Nepal. The Volunteer /Projects Coordinator will liaise and facilitate with volunteers who are interested in going to these countries for community or service-learning projects. Project Coordinator will assist in starting Livelihood projects.

Responsibilities:

A) Working with Teams:

• Work out quotation and itinerary for teams volunteering to go to Cambodia to build houses, wells, toilets and other activities such as interaction with children at our children home.

Procurement Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• The Procurement Officer reports to the procurement supervisor and assists in all documentation and coordination of project matters.
• Ensure proper documentation of all projects related matters.
• To work closely with General Manager to ensure proper documentation of materials control.
• Assist in the procurement of suppliers of specified materials.
• Help the project’s bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls.
• Establish a good relationship with Clients and Suppliers to ensure that the project is smoothly managed in terms of resources and timeline.

Job Description

1. Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products.
2. Conduct thorough research to identify and implement new technologies and materials.
3. Collaborate with other engineering teams and professionals to ensure project success.
4. Perform calculations, simulations, and testing to validate design concepts.
5. Create detailed technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
6. Evaluate and improve existing mechanical systems for efficiency and performance
7. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during testing and production phases.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience working in the mechanical engineering field (Refrigeration & HVAC will be an added advantage)
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, SOLIDWORKS.
