As a TA Partner, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent while driving a fast, efficient, and data-driven hiring process that supports our global scaling efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key part in attracting and hiring of talented and diverse colleagues that share our company values and ambition.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide coaching and guidance primarily to store hiring managers within your organization on recruitment best practices, including Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), candidate experience, recruitment processes, onboarding, and succession planning.

Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of our recruitment KPIs, driving the overall success of the team and the organization, covering SEAO markets.

Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:

• Guide hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, offering recommendations and valuable insights. Ensure their commitment to selecting the right candidates within the agreed timeline, directly contributing to the achievement of recruitment KPIs.
• Manage the full recruitment process primarily for store roles, ensuring candidates receive timely, constructive feedback and a positive experience, while aligning with the organization's Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) policies.
• Train managers using Portfolio Brands’ recruitment training and ATS training, coaching them to select the best candidates based on hiring criteria and ensuring adherence to the correct procedures.
• Work with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed, and build successful collaborations with regards to labour market insights, salary and benefits, as well as changes in employee relations and legal requirements.
• Enhance our employer brand by contributing to social media campaigns, attending career fairs and university events, and showcasing COS as the 'Employer of Choice' for early-career professionals, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Drive candidate interest and applications through online networking and social media engagement, while proactively exploring innovative strategies to attract talent and build strong pools for high-priority roles.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to establish annual recruitment budgets and ensure agency and advertising expenditures remain within budgetary limits.

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.

Outcomes: 

1. Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions) 
2. Track and improve our pipeline building activities: Ensure key positions have the required pre-qualified candidates “in reserve” at all times. 
3. Communicate proactively: 
1. Conduct monthly check-ins with key hiring managers to
   (a) enable the Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of staffing needs across the business and
   (b) gather feedback from business stakeholders on our hiring processes.
2. Share a weekly report with the Head of HR and/or Leadership
4. Continuous refinement of our hiring process:  Schedule a working session each month with selected Leadership team members to reflect on our hiring process and implement improvements.
5. Manage and nurture the team: 
1. Conduct weekly 1:1s with each TA, hearing their challenges and providing the appropriate level of guidance and autonomy to help them grow.  
2. Look after your team’s wellbeing, ensuring they have the tools and emotional support they need to succeed.  
3. Gather succinct 360 feedback each quarter on each TA (including yourself) from stakeholders to identify areas for enhanced communication and/or collaboration between the TA team and the business.
4. Manage underperformance promptly and with kindness

To do this, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience as Head of Talent Acquisition  and you will most likely be located in Singapore.

About the interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different). We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

The interviews will most likely be held over video call and the final interview will be held in person at the Sleek office.

We are offering S$10, 000 to $12,000 monthly remuneration for this role, along with the other financial, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits mentioned earlier in the job description.
