Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: -

• Manage and optimise Workday Human Resources Information System,

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of related experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC
• In-depth knowledge of Workday modules including core HCM
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to handle data analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage system configurations
• Proven ability to trouble-shoot, resolve system-related problems and lead projects, adhere to tight timelines, and prioritise effectively
• Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations and provide solutions
• Meticulous and outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
• Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
• High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
• Excellent in Project Management skill
