As a part of Talent Acquisition team, the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is to drive talent acquisition efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for experienced hire positions across the Advisory, Technical Services and Cities Planning & Design Portfolios within the Australasian business.
This role works in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Mangers and Portfolio Leaders to understand Arup’s strategic goals, and develop effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
The Opportunity
- Manage candidate experience and deal with internal and external queries in relation to recruitment process;
- Be an effective on-the-ground partner to the HR Business partners in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia, connecting the Talent Team with the regions operational nuances.
- Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future recruiting needs and build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Actively headhunt and recruit talent within the Australasian Market (this will include, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia)
- Champion diversity and inclusion in the talent acquisition process, striving to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds to promote a varied and inclusive workforce.
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent tertiary education)
- Proven experience in Human Resources with significant knowledge in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR/People Operations, Project Management, or related field
- Creative, resourceful, and experience communicating/influencing at all levels of an organisation.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes.
- Proven track record of diversity hiring and ED&I partnership.
