Our client, a manufacturing MNC looking for Admin Executive with office relocation experience to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for office set up, relocation, floorplan updates to ensure smooth running for the office
- Reception management: providing building access, answering phone calls and general office queries including collection and distribution of mail, couriers as required
- Report on and project manage the resolution of all operational issues i.e., light replacements, coffee machine, plans etc to the Facilities Management contact
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security arrangements
- Plan and coordinate the office relocation process, including logistics, timelines, and budget.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for moving services, IT setup, and furniture installations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to update stakeholders on the relocation progress.
- Manage communication with employees regarding relocation guidelines and instructions.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in any field
- 3 years of relevant experience in office relocation
- Candidate with office move/relocation experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work well with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
