• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.

Audit Assistant Manager/ Audit Manager

Salary: $4800 - $6500

Working Days: 5 days / 5.5 days(Saturday half day during peak period)

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm

Working Location: Golden Mile Tower

Duties

• Manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement.
• Fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement progress against budget and timeline is closely monitored.
• Serves to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and value-add to the audit firm by identifying new business development opportunities.
• Review and provides key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work performed is in compliance with professional standards and requirements.
• Contributes towards continuous improvement in audit methodology and process.
• Assume a greater role in professional development activities such as training, staff recruitment and resource planning.
• required to plan, co-ordinate and supervisor various audit assignments for review by the engagement manager or partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experiences as Audit Assistant Manager or Audit Manager.

• Represent the company in a professional manner as a front-line employee, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify and respond to customers’ needs by providing technical advice and support.

• Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints, providing recommendations for resolution within established guidelines.
• Escalate pressing issues to supervisors for further assistance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support team operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using software for quotations and work orders.
