Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and professional introduction
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests upon request
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in hospitality or relevant
- At least 1 year of experience as bellman
- Good teamplayer
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communciation skill
Other information:
- Working location: Central
- Working hours: 5 days work week, rotating shift (including overnight shift)
