Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and conduct scientific analyses of precious metals content.
• Oversee the establishment and setup of laboratory facilities.
• Ensure adherence to strict hygiene protocols within the laboratory.
• Manage the maintenance of analytical and laboratory equipment.
• Provide guidance to team members on the preparation and execution of precious metals tests.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for analysis and testing in accordance with company standards.
• Lead the development of testing and analytical techniques for the refinement of gold and silver.
• Collaborate closely with business and team members to support company objectives.
• Participate in the recruitment and retention of laboratory staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Min of 4 years of experience in Laboratory Management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ICP & XRF analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in laboratory operations.
