Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, and operations and maintenance manuals.
· Oversee with finalizing specifications and bills of materials for purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of goods, equipment, and fabricated items.
· Coordinating and supervising construction teams and subcontractors during the erection, testing, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
· Liaising with subcontractors, the main contractor, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
· Planning and scheduling work activities at project sites, adhering to the master program and prioritizing safety and timeliness.
· Providing site supervision throughout the construction phase, conducting QAQC inspections and checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
· Collaborating with the site WSHC (work safety health coordinator) to ensure all work procedures comply with WSH Codes & Regulations.
· Attending client meetings as required.
Requirements:
· Diploma in related field.
· At least 2-4 years of related experience in Construction.
· With Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) is advantage.
