Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

• Monitor contract and subscription renewal
• Procurement of office supplies
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
• Collection of mails

Payment Processing

• Raising Purchase orders, process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently

Logistics Coordination

• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate deliveries
• Assist with vendor communication (as needed)

Event Support (as needed)

• Assist with event support and logistics
• Manage RSVPs and attendee registration
• Provide on-site support during events (set-up, check-in, etc.)

Duration:

• 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024

Location:

• Clementi

Working Hours:

• 2 days/week within Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• $10/hr

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Flexible work arrangement.
