Job Summary

You will be supporting preschool teachers and children with learning and developmental needs within the classroom setting. Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Using prescribed screening tools to screen children referred by preschool teachers for learning and developmental issues
2. Presenting screening outcomes to Paediatricians and the therapy teams at Case Filter Meetings
3. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, caregivers and professionals to provide support for children with mild developmental needs
4. Working out the individual education plan (IEP) for the children
5. Supporting therapy teams by embedding the therapy goals into the classroom curriculum
6. Conducting intervention through support packages to children
7. Providing in-class support to children who have received intervention packages
8. Ensuring goals set are achieved during sessions with the children and are generalised into the classroom
9. Completing End-of-Intervention (EOI) report at closure of case

Job Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support (SDELS)
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have initiative and ability to work independently and yet be a good team player
• An organised and systematic worker
• Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible to prepare settlements. Ensure payments are in line with the business contracts and are processed in a timely manner.

Job scope:

• Check and compile documents for Accounts Settlement and issue payment requests.
• Issue accounting notes and prepare Statement of Accounts.
• Check sales and purchase contracts.
• Ensure completeness of deal entry and match against signed contracts for physical trade.
• Perform validation of the trades done against trade incoterms.
• Acknowledge incoming payments from clients swiftly.
• Handle office enquiries on all incoming monies matters.
• Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.

Requirements:
