The person in this position is responsible for oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a diaphragm wall project. Purpose of the role

Smooth IT processes are the backbone of any company and we are no exception. Your goal is to make sure our APAC team can work on their laptops, our security systems are working as they should and the cloud services for our customers are maintained. You are an extension of our Global IT team for the APAC region.

Skillset

We would like to hear from you if you tick most, preferable all, of the boxes below:

• Experience in system administration (at least 2-3 years)
• Knowledge of Windows Server systems (must)
• Knowledge of/experience in Fortinet products, Microsoft 365 (back end) products, MSSQL server (and SQL), PowerShell are a plus
• Problem-solver: have analytical skills and love to find the root cause of a problem
• Strong communicator, both verbally and written, fluent in English, preferably with a second language
• Take initiative and do not "wait for work" to come your way
• Do not mind working flexible from time to time -liaising with other offices and team members around the globe
• Possesses a strong ability of time management and managing expectations

Experience

You are an experienced system administrator, with at least 2-3 years of experience. You have affinity with Windows Server systems, back-up solutions and preferably also with the backend of the Microsoft 365-suite of products, MSSQL Server, PowerShell and/or Fortinet (or similar security applications). It would be great if you also have experience in managing/maintaining network environments. You can work on your own, mitigate risks and know what it is to make decisions in situations with little information and pressure. You are also to work in a remote team, follow guidelines and document precisely.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Global IT & Network team of Slimstock. The team is coordinated from our headquarters in the Netherlands and your area of work is the Asia Pacific region, servicing the offices in Singapore, Jakarta and Melbourne and our datacenter in Singapore. Trouble shooting, performing preventative maintenance and updates and supporting your co-workers with their IT related questions are your main goals.

• Working hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Location: Buangkok
• Salary: $2200 - $2500
• Admin officer will be overseeing the daily administration for the institution

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the scheduling / database / finance for the residents.
• Manage and oversee documents related to the residents.
• Manage and oversee the meal arrangement for the residents and shift staff.
• Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
• Coordinate with MSF-appointed facility management representative, and manage facilities related matters
• Support other administrative functions, including supporting shift during an emergency.
• Manage staff welfare items, bookings of rooms, recording of meeting minutes, as well as security screening request and archive all results.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in any field (Business Administration and Facilities Management would be strong advantage)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc

• Salary : SGD4,000 - SGD 5,000 + Commission
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
  (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)
• Location: Woodland

Job requirements

• With relevant experience, preferable with Semiconductor industry
• Cert /Nitec / Diploma in engineering background
• Possess own transportation is an added advantage

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• Any other security related roles at Airport

• Salary Package: $2,650 to $3,500 (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Incident Response, Manage Security & Safety Systems
• Prevent unauthorised entry into the premises
• Monitor CCTV
• Patrolling and clocking
• Access control duties

• Secondary education
