• Record transactions and events related to the company's operational expenses, payables, and cash.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations between bank statements and the cash ledger for the payable section.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of HR and accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for driving and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the offer process for our SEA locations with a focus on white-collar professional roles
• Partners with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy in accordance with global policy
• Utilize creative and proactive techniques (strategic and tactical) that lend to the success of talent acquisition
• Delivers a positive candidate experience
• Identifies creative cost-effective methods for sourcing candidates; focus on networking, LinkedIn sourcing and other applicable social platforms
• Provides guidance and recommendations to hiring managers/teams to ensure effective interviewing and selection process
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field
• 3-5 years prior high-volume recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring
• Strong sourcing, screening and client/candidate management skills required
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated recruiting experience in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia would be an added advantage
• Ability to recruiting in a multi-function environment and manage multiple/competing priorities
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to be successful in a fast pace environment
• Strong attention to detail required with the ability to work with confidential information
• Demonstrated ability in building effective work relationships and influencing decision makers
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to achieving individual and team objectives
• Flexibility with the ability to adjust and refocus priorities based on changing business needs
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; prior experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms preferred
