Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary paperwork for projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project schedule
- Possess good organization, communication, and people skills
- Support admin function for purchasing, report typing, and invoicing.
- Ensure all documentation of records is up to date and filed accordingly.
- Assist Management in handling daily office operations.
- Handle day-to-day financial matters, including bookkeeping and follow-up on the collection of receivables.
- Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with strict deadlines and you will have to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities.
- Must be a driven professional with great interpersonal and problem-solving skillset.
- Strong ability to organize work schedules and warm up to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously.
