Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of HR for Atome Financial's to lead all human resources initiatives and drive the people strategy aligned with our business objectives. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience:
• 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in the finance, tech, or fintech industry, with a strong understanding of the SEA market.
• Proven experience in Organizational Development and Talent Development.
• Regional exposure, with a track record of managing HR across multiple countries.
• Skills:
