Production Manager

• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working days: 5 days 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary Range : $5000 - $8500

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an industry working to strict compliance guidelines (aerospace, nuclear, medical, automotive, etc.).
• Ability to read, analyse and comprehend drawings and engineering specification and maintenance manuals.

Job Descriptions:

• Direct and supervise production departments, receiving / warehouse / shipping and provide backup for Quality Director.

Essential Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of assistant manager, engineer in establishing production processes, workflow, workplace safety / health and optimizing factory resources to meet customers delivery requirements according to planned schedules and agreed quality specifications.
• Lead the team in the productivity improvement.
• Confer with senior management personnel to establish production and performance standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and deliveries of supplied products and projects in order to plan and effectively manage department operations.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering standards, component maintenance manuals and specifications to determine assembly, testing, quality and documentation/certification requirements.
• Assist in development of new projects. Contribute to development of Repair Specifications, PMAs and new assembly/test/inspection processes and procedures while ensuring conformance to Regulatory and OEM requirements.
• Coordinate or arrange all facility repairs of both the buildings and manufacturing and shipping equipment.
• Assist manufacturing and sales personnel to understand technical information and requirements, testing procedures, and shop capabilities.
• Develop training materials and provide on-the-job training; maintain training logs for personnel.
• Work with the Quality Director to learn and implement Regulatory Compliance Requirements such as FAA, EASA, CASE and interfaces with FAA Manufacturing/Flight Safety/Aircraft Certification offices. Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Plan and direct department activities by establishing priorities and sequences of operations for effectiveness, costs and ensuring customer service.
• Ensure that all Customer Orders are on-time and all requirements are met.

Sales Executive (Junior/Senior)

• Working Days: 5 days’ work week
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Office Location: Sungei Kadut
• Salary up to $3700 + Commission (Junior)
• Salary up to $4200 + Commission (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales target set by management
• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen and disciplined execution
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Work with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Work with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
• Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
• Must possess own car
• Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales

Job Description

• Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Able to efficiently respond to customer any e-mail or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• must liaise between other internal departments or Vendors and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs and time restraints.
• Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the production department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

Qualification / Requirement

• Degree or Diploma with 2 to 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor or related field preferred. Also any other qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• A Customer Account Executive must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
• Due to the volume of communication that will be required with client, the Customer Account Executive must possess excellent client service skills.
