At Terra Minds Education, we pride ourselves as a pioneer in providing quality and enriching Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math (STEAM) enrichment programmes to young children aged 3 to 12. We are passionate in designing and conducting hands-on learning experiences for client schools and various organisations.
As a Programmes Resource Coordinator, he/she will coordinate the packing of teaching resources and assisting trainers in receiving them, to ensure the smooth operation of the programmes. This role requires excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Main responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of different programmes.
1. Planning and Coordination
- Review monthly material list.
- Review enrolment numbers.
- Plan packing cycle according to projected dates for collection of teaching resources.
- Fulfil requests for additional packing tasks
- Oversee packing process and provide relevant support to packing team.
2. Inventory Management and Procurement
- Take stock of teaching resources (experiment materials, teaching slides, lesson plans, stationery, student labcoats) and update on inventory data system for procurement and production actions.
- Housekeeping of soft copy resources.
- Prepare teaching resources (eg, making additional sets of materials, testing equipment and props and
- Receive and unpack new shipment items.
- Print and bind books
3. Packing and Distribution
- Supervise packers to pack and sort teaching materials for classes.
- Support trainers during collection time.
4. Post-Packing Management
- Inform packers to unpack and sort teaching materials.
- Ensure all materials are returned to shelves and packing area is neat and clean.
5. Support Robotics Programme
- Pack teaching resources (teaching cards, robot accessories and props) and prepare sufficient sets of tablets and robots
- Unpack and sanitise tablets and robots upon arrival in office.
- Sort and gather teaching resources
- Duplicate materials (eg laminate documents or create additional props)
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in packing processes or coordination role
- Minimum Higher Nitec in business administration and/or logistics
- Proficiency in Google spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal skills with professional communication skill
- Ability to multitask and handle requests in a steadfast manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
