As a Recruiter at Wise you’ll be responsible for hiring the best talent across the APAC region. You’ll own talent management, helping the business to scale and enable Wise to achieve our mission - money without borders. You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team with a focus on delivering exceptional talent while keeping candidate and hiring manager experience front and centre of what you do. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based in Singapore.

As a Recruiter, you are vital to the overall success of Wise. The right person will have an excellent knowledge of talent management and understand how to partner effectively.  

Your mission:

• You’ll help us scale the teams over the next few years so we can help more customers save money using Wise

• You’ll manage candidates end-to-end ensuring they receive the best possible experience in line with Wise values, even if they weren’t successful (you never know, the perfect role might come up later), and build a strong talent network locally and internationally

• You’ll build and develop relationships with with hiring teams, guiding them through processes

• Always seeking growth opportunities, not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and take a risk

• Collaborate with sourcers to understand the candidate market and engage the best talent 

• Use data to support your hiring recommendations, as well as using it to retro processes, figure out the blockers to hiring, communicate how these can be overcome and continually optimise the process to make sure it is globally scalable

• You'll partner with hiring teams and other People teams (e.g. People Operations), to support various initiatives (e.g. referral programs, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, etc)

OUR COMPANY IS PRODUCING AND SALES OF SOAP, DETERGENT AND CHOPSTICK AND WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER WHO HAS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

1) PROVEN RESULT IN ATTAINING TARGET IN SALES FOR ABOVE MENTIONED PRODUCTS.

2) AT LEAST 10 YEARS SALES AND MARKETING EXPERIENCE.

3) TEAM PLAYER

4) GOOD IN CLOSING SALES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The roles and responsibilities for FOOD AND DRINK TECHNOLOGIST are as followings:

1) To innovate new food process technique

2) To help in the food store when busy

3) To order fresh raw food from supplier

4) To discuss with food supplier on cost reduction project

5) To fully incharge of in house sales and marketing

Location: Sungei Kadut

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

(Sat - report to office only when necessary)

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus

Job Scope

• On-The-Job provided and with sales leads provided
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies such as emails, networking and sales negotiation
• Leads creation, Follow-up and accounts servicing
• Conduct site-recce, sales and tendering presentation
• Working collaboratively with internal and external members such as marketing, designers, production, operations, suppliers and vendors
• Preparing digital quotation and Delivery Order
• Research, and expand supplier/vendor listing on project related
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports

• Min. Diploma in sales, marketing and/or Business management.
