Job Description:

As a Barista & Cafe Supervisor, you will be the heart and soul of the cafe at the international school. You'll be responsible for brewing exceptional coffee, leading a small team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your passion for coffee and leadership skills will shine in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages.
• Supervise and lead a small cafe team.
• Manage inventory, orders, and cafe operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable cafe atmosphere.
• Train and mentor cafe staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

• Barista experience with a passion for coffee.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cafe operations and inventory management.
