We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join and contribute to a large-scale digital transformation project. The role involves designing and developing software for a new data-driven platform that will replace the current system, improving scalability and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development and maintenance of new platform.

- Work on new features, troubleshoot issues, and manage a microservices-based architecture, including APIs and real-time data processing systems.

- Develop tools for monitoring, analytics, and reporting.

- Design technical architectures and ensure adherence throughout the development process.

- Implement systems with a focus on automation, including automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Digital Strategy Development: Define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives, using Salesforce as a key platform for driving change.
• Salesforce Implementation & Optimization: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to develop and execute transformation initiatives across various departments.
• Program Management: Oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. This includes risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Salesforce Ecosystem Management: Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom development solutions, and guide teams in integrating these solutions into business processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, communicating project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• Should have led multi-year programs (ideally Salesforce or digital transformation) across multiple stakeholders and teams, of 10m+ USD.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Leadership: Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect)
• Experience with data analytics, AI, and automation tools within Salesforce.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with multiple cultures and countries, especially in ASEAN region.
• Strong Client facing experience and executive presence a plus

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customizations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS, and digital tools.
• Project Management: Solid experience with program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
