Job Description:
- Address challenges in existing batch workflows using Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling with enhanced security measures.
- Provide support for Automic AWA and file transfer change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements for batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling.
- Provide detailed RFIs for client application systems.
- Support interface connectivity across client internal systems and client external partners such as Collection Agencies, Government Agencies etc.
- Perform SPS MSSL market trial onboarding when requested by users.
- Support SIT and UAT testing for Automic upgrade projects.
- Guide the ITS SCO and applications team on SFX/Automic transformation, focusing on batch job design, creation, modification, and file transfer event setup.
- Collaborate with the applications team to address BAU batch and file transfer issues in existing batch workflows in Automic.
- Collaborate with the applications team to address file transfer rules in IBM Sterling using enhanced security measures.
- Automate the on-boarding and off-boarding trading partners in SFX.
- Improve the provisioning processes for Automic and SFX project environments.
- Streamline the migration processes from QA to PROD for file routing rules.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in in Automic AWA and IBM Sterling.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting batch workflows using Automic AWA.
- Experience with file transfer rule creation and maintenance in IBM Sterling, including the application of enhanced security measures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
