We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a passion for working with multidisciplinary, global teams in order to bring new immersive technologies to life in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires demonstrated experience leading technical software initiatives, program management, clear communication, and influential leadership skills. The right candidate will help structure new programs and projects in alignment with roadmaps, ensure prioritization with cross-functional alignment, build detailed milestones and execution plans, ensure end-to-end delivery while providing updates through transparent and concise communication.

The job entails working closely with partners in APAC and coordinating with a team based in California.

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously work with cross functional teams and partners in complex, cross-functional program plans (requirements, milestones, schedules) in a matrix organization spanning engineering (software), product, user experience, and content.
• Working with cross functional teams and partners, develop end-to-end execution plans for on-time product milestone delivery.
• Track, analyze, and communicate to develop and execute against partnership goals
• Collaboratively build and actualize technical roadmaps, proactively identifying technical dependencies, constraints, risks with mitigation strategies, align on priorities, and chart the execution path for delivery.
• Drive difficult conversations with cross-functional partner teams for alignment and delivery in an independent manner.
• Participate in external client meetings
• Ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders. Distill complex topics and updates into clear and concise communications to program stakeholders and executive management.
• Support the creation of technical program management best practices for the team. Design, build, and scale processes and systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the technology industry as a technical program manager or engineering manager, leading development of software and/or hardware initiatives.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience working on complex media or entertainment products, including working in Unity on Android devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle and driving tech maturation.
• Experience in navigating through ambiguity, driving timely decisions, and presenting to diverse groups (technical and non-technical).
• Experience building and shipping 0→1 products from inception to delivery.
• Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels.
• Experience prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Past experience developing MR/VR software products
• Past experience developing and shipping software products related to media, immersive media, and/or interactive media.

Cloud Program Manager

Our client a Global Tech Company is seeking a Business Program Manager to join the APAC Customer Success Strategy Team in Cloud to help with highly strategic programs. You will be responsible for managing your workstreams/project execution and providing your business management expertise to business leads and peers within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:-

• Reports to the APAC Business Strategy Leads for Customer Success and fully oversee all elements of program execution and reporting for APAC. Have a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, reliability, attention to detail, efficiency and follow-through with any responsibilities in your scope,
• Be the regional APAC contact point for program topics, including with the regional teams at the target partner, Represent the APAC team in global meetings and collaborate with regional business leaders and their teams.
• Manage the acceptance of APAC customers into the program, own the list, oversee execution of program activities against those customers and report on status and success.
• Co -build region specifics program land package (messaging, value prop, executions guidance, readiness guidance etc.)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of high impact Program Management experiences that includes ability to perform tactical duties while interacting with all layer of management at large organizations.
• 5+ years Program/Process Management
• 3+ years Change Management
• SAP Product knowledge
• PowerBi & Visio skills
• Cloud experience or ERP/SAP knowledge is a MUST have.
• Very strong English language skills required, and Japanese would be a strong preferred
