Key Responsibilities:

2. Drive innovation/invention and design to enable manufacturing lines to run more efficiently with reduced downtime, less material waste, and greater output per unit of time.
3. Drive operational excellence through innovation and provide practical solutions that enhance productivity and minimize operational costs for the company.
4. Lead the product development team to define and influence the direction of future industry innovations.
5. Comply with safety and metal packaging regulations and requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering - mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment (highly preferred).
2. Strong leadership skills to shape the direction of product development and operational excellence are key to contributing to the company’s growth and success in a competitive market.
3. Minimum of 18-20 years of hands-on experience in the metal packaging machine design sector.
4. Proven track record of working on various complex projects, ranging from machine design to integrating cutting-edge technologies that improve operational efficiency and product quality.
5. Proven 2-3 patent designs being published and recognized by the industry – for example, it has become the industry benchmark, setting new standards for quality and performance.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal English and Chinese, as you must communicate frequently with internal stakeholders in China and external stakeholders across China and Asia.

Work Location: CBD

Monthly Basic Salary: S$4,000 to S$7,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Delivery: You will be responsible for supporting product projects, including planning, implementation, and writing cutover plans, test reports, and completion documents. Later, you will manage operation and maintenance services.
2. Technical Training and Support: You will provide remote and on-site technical support and professional technical training to customers and partners.
3. Pre-sales Testing: You will conduct pre-sales testing of products and solutions according to customer needs.
4. Customer Relationship Maintenance: You will communicate and coordinate with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communications, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in data communications technology.
2. Familiar with mainstream products, including routing and switching, security, wireless, SDN, cloud computing, and other fields.
3. Proficient in basic theoretical knowledge of data communications, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc. Applicants with experience in SDN and cloud network integration projects will be preferred.
4. Ability to plan industry network architecture and solutions. Applicants with HCIE/CCIE/PMP certificates are preferred, or equivalent technical capabilities.
5. High sense of responsibility and service awareness, excellent project management, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to withstand greater work pressure.
