Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding and looking for an Application Support manager in Singapore.
As an Application Support Manager, you'll lead the technical integration of our software/ products in our client’s environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) and the technical support for Software and System upgrades.
What skills you'll need as an Application Support Manager:
- Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure
- Manage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer to do so
- Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the Project Manager or the client / Assist client application management teams in the application setup
- Participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
- If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams
