Job Description:

• To assist the Resident Architect in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site
• Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
• To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship
• To ensure the contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the work site
• To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract
• To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

Requirements:

• Min of 4 years of Architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field
• At least 2 year's experience in the supervision of rail transit system, infrastructure, and or projects of similar scale and complexity
• ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution

Job Description:

• Assist SRE & RE to carry out supervision of LTA infrastructure construction.
• Supervise the Contractor's work to approved drawings & specification.
• Keeping site records and all necessary site documentation.
• Be vigilant to look out for any stress-signal and ensure that remedial work, if any, is carried out immediately.
• To write and record daily activities in a shift report.
• To attend and keep record of all inspection and testing as requested by the contractor and acknowledged by RE.

Job requirement:

• Diploma in the Civil/Structural discipline or equivalent with minimum three (2) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the works in LTA rail/road project.
• RTO for bored tunnels shall have minimum three (2) years of relevant experience in the supervision of bored tunnelling projects similar in nature to the works in LTA rail/road project.
• RTO(T) will be required to register with JAC as the qualified site supervisor
