Role Summary

We are seeking a CIM System Engineer to support the development and deployment of CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system solutions for 12" fab operations. The role will involve creating automation solutions, establishing key procedures, and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CIM system solutions to automate processes in 12" fab operations.
• Integrate and implement automated system solutions to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Establish procedures for the operation and development of fully automated systems, ensuring smooth deployment.
• Implement and optimize automation systems to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Introduce predictive maintenance and monitoring systems to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with CIM, MES, FactoryWork300, C++, C#, Java, ASP.Net, .Net, or other automation technologies.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and optimize RFSOI devices to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards.
• Design device pcell, create test structures, and manage tape-out processes.
• Conduct extensive process and device TCAD simulation using various techniques to optimize device performance and ensuring reliability.
• Device characterize and analysis using DC-IV bench tests.
• Collaborate with modeling & PDK teams for design enablement, model validation, and pcell enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics.
• Preferred lab or industrial experience in TCAD device development.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and design principles.
