• Manage employee relations issues and address employee concerns and grievances, provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues

Administration

• Oversee overall general administration affairs of the Branch, including planning and coordinating administration procedures
• Oversee facilities services and maintenance, including renovation and improvement works. Responsible for management of office equipment and fixtures
• Responsible for management of general affairs contracts and monitoring of general affairs costs, including but not limited to contracts on maintenance, office rental, corporate insurance and procurement.
• Oversee general affairs, including stationery orders, office supplies, mails management, Head Office/SG Branch memo dissemination and visitors management
• Organize Branch Management meetings.
• Assist CEO on HR and general administration matters as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline preferred
• More than 10 years of HR Generalist and administration experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Banking or financial industry preferred
• Strong understanding of local employment law, compliance requirements and industry best practices are highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with stakeholders and all levels of staff within the organization and within our Taiwan Head Office
