• Support and responsible for IT Project from conceptualise to Delivery stage.

• Support and assist in change requests and application enhancement to the ERP system.
• Handle ad-hoc IT projects whenever required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.

The Contact Centre Cloud Technical Manager is a cross-domain role that collaborates with Business and Service Units.
