Seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to design and implement user interface components for dynamic web applications in ReactJS.

This role involves translating wireframes and mockups into clean, efficient code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend services.

You will be responsible for building reusable components, optimizing performance across devices and browsers, and contributing to the development of high-quality, scalable applications.

• Transform designs into high-quality, responsive Frontend code using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, WebSocket
• Develop, test, deploy, & maintain Frontend user interface components with a focus on usability & scalability
• Leverage modern web technologies to create dynamic, interactive web applications
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries to streamline future development
• Optimize web components for performance across a wide array of web-capable devices & browsers
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance overall UI/UX experiences
• Integrate APIs using RESTful services for seamless backend communication
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, & maintain web-based applications built on Java technologies
• Deploy production systems and provide support post-implementation.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency
• Investigate and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime at all times
• Analyze service interdependencies (applications, systems, databases) to identify & address inefficiencies
• Propose and document opportunities for application & process improvements
• Deliver timely solutions while adhering to high development standards

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 3 years hands-on fulltime working experience in ReactJS
• Proven experience in developing web applications, web forms, & enterprise workflows
• 2+ years of expertise in systems analysis, design, and programming
• Hands-on proficiency in:
  Modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, with a solid understanding of core principles
  JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and modern ECMAScript features
  TypeScript or other type-safe JavaScript variants
  Advanced HTML5 and CSS3
  CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, SCSS, LESS) and bundlers (e.g., Webpack)
  RESTful API integration
  Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  Version control systems like Git
• Strong skills in benchmarking and performance optimization
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective business communication with Client & Internally

• Plan, develop and manage the Palliative/ Activity Programmes.
• Schedule volunteer/expert facilitator- run activities on a weekly basis.
• Ensure smooth implementation of programme.
• Evaluates programme effectiveness and analyses results. Recommends and takes appropriate actions when needed to improve the programme.
• Allocate appropriate resources, volunteers and expert facilitators to run the activities.
• Monitor patients’ safety and well-being during the activities.
• Run groups with volunteers/ assistant (when applicable).

Administrative Duties

• Prepare reports on programme activities, progress and status to management.
• Yearly planning and budgeting.

Education and Training

• Supervise and train volunteers and provide administrative support to volunteers/ expert facilitators, when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business-related discipline will be an advantage.
• Some basic skills on handling/transferring patients will be an advantage
• Able to demonstrate skills in organization, management and leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular MS Excel)
• Experienced in running groups and working with elderly is an advantage
• Able to establish and maintain positive working relationship with staff, volunteers, expert facilitators and patients, good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently
• Process good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in managing volunteers and/or projects is an advantage

Job Description

You will be responsible to implement and supervise all aspects of daily teaching and development activities for children enrolled in the Student Care Programme.

1. organise school holiday activities and programme.
2. supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done.
3. daily administration - attendance.
4. address and counsel student behaviour as needed.
5. ensure students' welfare and safety are being taken care of.
6. liaise with parents and the Centre Manager to provide feedback on students' behaviour and learning.
