1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. This includes front facing applications and resolving internet and network access issues, providing network printer support, network troubleshooting.

2.Involve in project planning, system testing, cut over preparation work and roll out for Technology Refresh of bandwidth, firewall, switches, access points to ensure network connectivity is in accordance with MENDAKI’s standards.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to project implementation, cybersecurity exercises and management of IT assets.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.

5.Other duties as assigned.

2.Involve in a CRM project implementation. From the start of the system life cycle which includes requirements study, design and build, testing and documentation. This involves a deployment of 200 staff’s strength including a MENDAKI’s portal for our public users.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to a full CDLC cycle of project implementation.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at DBiz Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program management and service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:Manage complex IT programs and projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
   Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program milestones.
   Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects to ensure alignment with customer goals.
   
2. Service Delivery Management:Ensure the successful and timely delivery of IT services to clients in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
   Monitor service performance and implement improvement measures as necessary.
   Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
   
3. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, especially government agencies, to meet their needs and expectations.
   Provide regular service updates and gather feedback through frequent client communication.
   Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
   
4. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
   Liaise with government officials to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
   Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and government standards.
   
5. Performance Management and Reporting:Regularly review and report on service performance metrics.
   Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
   Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and clients.
   
6. Risk and Issue Management:Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   Manage any issues that arise during service delivery to minimize service disruption.
   

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, and Service Delivery, preferably within a government or regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department heads across all areas of the hostel, including housekeeping, front office,.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Work closely with department heads to set departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to create a highly motivated and engaged team.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and evaluate requirements for existing or new web and mobile applications.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of OutSystems-based mobile applications to meet the requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, following best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain UI designs and backend functionalities, addressing bugs, making updates, and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Evaluate programming codes to ensure that they are properly structured, meet industry standards, and are compatible with browsers and devices.
• Create proof of concept (POC) and mock-up UI designs for presentation to stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.
• Develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications.
• Participate in Agile project methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Ensure good quality front-end development practices, minimizing potential future rework and optimizing website performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to promote continuous learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with OutSystems development, including OutSystems 10 and 11.
• Certification as an OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer or Associate Traditional Web Developer.
• Experience working with Themes and CSS in commercial projects for at least 6 months continuously.
• Strong proficiency in React (JS and Native), HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with backend development using NodeJS, Java, and other languages/frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications such as OutSystems Front-end Developer Specialist or Mobile Developer Specialist.
• Experience developing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS prior to OutSystems experience, such as in Angular or React JS.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Server, GitHub, Bitbucket, and other relevant tools and platforms.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Firebase.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Previous experience working in a similar senior developer role, leading the design and development of complex software projects.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field.
