Job Introduction
As Data Monitoring & Customer Communication Specialist you are at the forefront to provide an important service experience to our global customers operating in the financial services industry. As member of a small team located in Singapore, you monitor the SIX financial market data and real time as well as news feed, and ensure our customers are informed about any incidents impacting their data services. In this central position, you work hand in hand with your team colleagues in Switzerland to enable our services 24/5 hours. Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders and external partners and clients is essential.
What You Will Do
• Ensuring internal and external communication about data production incidents and upcoming technical changes
• Monitoring of global market data, real time and news feed as well as related quality management
• Coordinating incidents in close collaboration with IT, internal and external partners
• Preventing, managing and following-up on serious data production issues as well as supervising software and hardware changes that might impact our services
• Collaborating closely with the IT department, relevant internal and external partners, and your team colleagues in Switzerland to provide a seamless customer experience
What You Bring
• Background in a banking environment or IT services with knowledge about financial instruments and/or Incident Management, ideally also customer communication experience
• Experience in data production and processing, and its impact on customers
• Customer and service orientated personality with a very structured, precise, fast and responsible working attitude
• Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude who enjoys collaborating and building sustainable relationships with various departments and stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English, further languages are an advantage
