JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Office including Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Guest Services (Bell), and Service Experience (Operator), in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff. Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests visiting the location. Ensures all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

OR

· 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in Rooms Department, or related professional area.

Supporting Human Resource Activities

Job Description

• Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations
• Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by the Builders. The RISK ORM APAC mandate is to challenge and supervise the Operational Risk management of APAC activities. It belongs to the second line of defence at BNP Paribas, as part of the Risk Function (RISK) and is placed under the responsibility of the APAC Chief Risk Officer.

The APAC Data Protection Correspondent (APAC DPC) is positioned within RISK ORM APAC and provides expertise on personal data protection related topics in accordance with the relevant RACI. The APAC DPC must assist the APAC Data Protection Officer (DPO) in supervising the compliance of projects and with legal and regulatory personal data protection requirements throughout the APAC region as well as the Group’s and APAC personal data protection policies. The DPC is to ensure second level controls by providing the required supervision and assistance to the 1st Line of Defence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure that company policies comply with local data privacy laws and group policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data privacy issues.
• Develop and update data privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures, consulting with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and/or participate in responses to data privacy incidents.
• Conduct data privacy self-assessments to identify gaps and implement remediation actions.
• Oversee the data privacy impact lifecycle, including cross-border data transfers.
• Design and implement training programs for staff involved in data handling and processing.
• Foster a culture of data privacy and compliance across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in data privacy and protection, specifically within financial services.
• Proven experience operationalizing data privacy initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of local data privacy laws across multiple jurisdictions, such as PDPA, PDPL, PIPL, and Personal Data Ordinance.
• Background in legal, audit, or risk management is a plus.
• Professional certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/A/E, CIPM, CIPT) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Location: Tuas (Have company transport / Transport Allowance $120 if possess own transport)

Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent.

Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response.

Off on alternate Sat / Standby 24/7.

Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan.
