The Position

• Lead the technical implementation of the species strategy for ROPU ASKAN to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction, under strategic guidance of the ROPU ASKAN Business Segment Head.
• Provide excellent technical services to strategic accounts and key customers in the ROPU, in partnership with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and/or Regional Strategic Account Manager (RSAM), contributing to build stronger commercial relationships with the said key accounts.
• Has the responsibility in the collection, analysis and the provision of relevant scientific information in swine for the Regional Operating Unit (ROPU) AH business organization and other stakeholders.
• Develop regional or overview local technical life cycle management (LCM) actions, scientific trials, post marketing authorization data collection for the swine portfolio.
• Acts as the regional knowledge expert for portfolio solutions such as Integrated Health Management and Needleless technology (FreVax).
• Build and maintain a broad network of relationships with international, regional and local key opinion leaders and (technical) experts, respected practitioners, for the benefit of strategy implementation in the ROPU.
• Continuously train and support the local swine technical teams in the ROPU countries in the proper handling of customer technical issues, building and implementing the necessary plans to constantly upskill them.
• Lead technical communication and sharing of knowledge and experience within and beyond ASKAN.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensuring strong technical contribution to ROPU Strategy execution:

• Supports the implementation of ROPU ASKAN swine strategy in close collaboration with the ROPU ASKAN Business Segment Head, leading relevant technical initiatives
• Provide technical support to the technical colleagues and key customers in the ROPU
• Support product launch processes, including training on new products, in collaboration with ROPU Business Segment Head
• Assessment of competitor activities and evaluation of competitor products from a technical marketing perspective, outlining technical points of defense, in collaboration with ROPU Business Segment Head
• Contribute to Strategic Account Management from a technical perspective in collaboration with RSAM
• Responsible for exchange of technical information regarding the available products in the ROPU; including technical papers
• Indirectly responsible for portfolio solutions such as Integrated Health Management and Needleless technology (FreVax)

Provide expert guidance and support on swine health, production, nutrition, and management practices to strategic accounts and key customers in the ROPU:

• In partnership with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and/or Regional Strategic Account Manager (RSAM), conduct on-site visits to farms and facilities to assess production practices, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and/or Regional Strategic Account Manager (RSAM) to identify challenges, develop strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
• Contribute to build stronger commercial relationships with the said key accounts

Improving Technical capabilities of our people:

• Provide in-depth technical trainings and consultations regarding the swine portfolio to relevant ROPU country colleagues.
• Communicate data from studies and other technical information to internal swine community, technical colleagues, as necessary.
• Ensure development of skills and abilities through ongoing feedback, coaching and training/development opportunities of local technical colleagues.
• Coordinate and act as Technical contact point for the ROPU with Global Strategic Marketing Team (GSM) including Technical Services of GSM.

Managing Technical Studies/trials and Publications:

• Initiate, co-ordinate and follow up on field trials within ROPU countries. Ensure proper documentation (such as proper study number) is in place.
• Lead post-marketing authorization studies, diagnostics, case investigations & training in collaboration with the regional & local veterinarians
• Adapt the strategy for post-marketing authorization studies in line with the marketing plans for the ROPU, design each study with appropriate input from other stakeholders, work with other stakeholders to run the study and turn the output into, marketing material (e.g. peer review publications, etc)
• Write/contribute to/review proposed publications by regional or local technical teams as per expected high level standards.

Scientific Management and representation:
- KOL Management:

• Contributes to the internal and external KOL management strategy for the swine portfolio, steer the management of KOL relationships in the ROPU and own/co-own/support the partnerships

- Scientific Events:

• Attend internal and external meetings/congresses related to the swine industry

Requirements

• Veterinarian with experience in the Swine industry is a must-have
• Minimum 5 years experience in Swine Industry

Role Summary:

The Head of Strategy & Portfolio will be responsible for leading strategic planning processes, overseeing the company’s project portfolio, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position plays a crucial role to support the CEO in leading the PMO team, driving the company's growth strategy, optimizing the project portfolio, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Health economics is the application of economic principles to health and healthcare. Students apply core concepts of supply and demand theories to health and healthcare examples and learn about the importance of information (and information asymmetry) in health care markets; the critical role of insurance; hospital financing and delivery; and private/public mix in finance and provision of healthcare. In this course students are introduced to key conceptual frameworks of healthcare economics and decision making and examine how Australian and international healthcare systems are designed and organised, including the critical components of long-term care and pharmaceutical markets.

1. Health Systems, Policy and Governance (Part-time Program)

Health Systems, Policy and Governance examines national and international health systems and policies from a governance perspective. Conceptual frameworks in governance rely on multidisciplinary (e.g. political sciences, public policy, management, industrial relations and economics) approaches to understand the complexities of dynamic industries such as the health and social care sector. Students will be exposed to healthcare governance frameworks and to applications in the Australian and health countries' systems and policy. Students will examine the principles of healthcare organisations, institutions, and policy design and development in a comparative perspective, and will discuss recent healthcare reform efforts in developed and developing countries. Historical, political, economic and stakeholders' influence on current and emerging health reforms and policy will be analysed to enable students to recognise and design best practices.

OPPORTUNITY

The Program Director, Client Health, will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new client health program in their assigned region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). This program will offer a renewed focus on the health of our client relationships and provide insights and analytics that are actionable, centered around our own client benchmarks and performance for greater impact.

The role sits within our regional leadership team office, but will collaborate closely with the GCGP Program Director, Client Health (who will lead the overall program globally), as well as the new solution provider to ensure all regional stakeholders are trained and provide the proper inputs in advance of each client health survey deployment (ex: client contacts). This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to foster effective communication and collaboration across various Publicis Groupe agencies in your assigned region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Program Director and other stakeholders to support the implementation of the new client health program with our solution provider, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to established timelines.
• Regional Governance: Assume responsibility for the ongoing governance of the client health program post-launch, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards within your assigned region.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts during the program's launch and provide ongoing support to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption by internal teams.
• Standardization of Client Contacts: Ensure consistency and standardization of client contacts (type, level, etc.) across the region, ensuring adherence to the established client inclusion decision tree by all client teams.
• Risk Escalation: Act as the point of contact for risk escalation to the Program Director, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during program implementation or management.

• CRM Database Management: Take ownership of CRM database collection, validation, and accuracy of client contacts within the assigned region. Support future migration of client contacts to Salesforce as needed.
• Partnership Development: Foster a close partnership with the GCGP Client Intelligence Team responsible for mining and delivering insights for Key Group Clients
• Custom Support: Serve as the primary connection for the region to the Solution Provider for any custom support required, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication between internal stakeholders and the solution provider.
