The Consulting Project Manager (PM) actively manages medium-high complexity projects to successful completion from initiation through delivery and closure. This requires coordination of cross-functional teams (through meetings and progress measurement activity) which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline preferred
• More than 10 years of HR Generalist and administration experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Banking or financial industry preferred
