As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets and resources

Job Requirements

• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting

Roles and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Duties could range from the following:

1. Attend to customers’ feedbacks and / or 22kV equipment’s alarm and fault
2. Perform site management and supervise contractors
3. Assist engineers in carrying out high voltage equipment maintenance, equipment fault repairs and / or liaise with the relevant Authorities to execute work assignments
4. Perform 6.6kV or low voltage switching, load transfers and safe isolation of high voltage equipment, site management and supervise contractors and staff
5. Plan and implement the various works programmes in accordance to budget provisions and schedules
6. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports
7. Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in systems
8. Attend to customers’ complaints & feedbacks and / or equipment alarm and fault
9. Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents
10. Prepare contingency plans and performs standby duty for special event

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognised Polytechnics in Singapore
2. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in power related fields is preferred
3. Knowledge in electrical low voltage network would be an advantage
4. Timeliness and good management of multiple tasks
5. Able to work independently and as a team member
6. Good observation and analytical skills
7. Responsible and take ownership of tasks assigned
8. Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

CREST works with clients aged 18 years and above.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Program Executive works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.
• Plan, implement and monitor the outreach, care process, referral and follow-up flow for the CREST service.
• Document and evaluate programme progress.
• Document and produce CREST service planning documents and manuals, including set up requirements and processes.
• Conduct needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps for mental health in the community.
• Collaborate with other agencies/organisations in planning and implementation of programmes.
• Monitor trends and issues relating to mental health services and needs of clients and the community.
• Outreach to corporates and community organisations to promote mental wellness, health awareness and information.
• Engage partners to raise awareness, education and training on mental wellness via structured programmes.
• Conduct screening within the community with agreed upon identification tools.
• Provide the necessary care coordination and service linkages for identified clients from the initial referral.
• Follow-up with clients for re-evaluation and provide support, as recommended in-care process flow.

• Compile and analyse collected data and submit reports as specified.
