Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with Information Manager to submit data related to Technical Queries (TQ), as well as to manage and maintain Master Tag List for various engineering disciplines in a project to comply with tagging requirements
• Ensures that all tagging requirements and association for engineering and supplier documentation/ drawing, checking requirements for data properties is appropriate to the ‘type of tag’
• Participates in discussion and meeting to understand client and internal project requirements for data collection, reporting and turnover, as well as to provide update and status on data turnover and final delivery/ handover
• Ensures tags associated to the documents are progressively built in the Client’s information management system master tag database, checking and verifying the quality of the imported tags and data attributes
• Coordinates with section lead to resolve inconsistent, missing, or incorrect tag and data information, and responsible for the maintenance of log for data issues and project resolution
• Creates data completion (progress) and quality reports in Client’s information management system as per project requirement, providing weekly report on progress, issues and other arising matter
• Participates in seminars and other educational opportunities to keep abreast of latest technologies and development in project management information system, recommending process improvement
• Monitors and analyses occurring and reccurring problems, developing trends to identify critical and common problems, justifying areas for further improvements
• Consolidates feedbacks from stakeholders, providing professional response to improve project information management system delivery processes, tools and service capabilities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• 3 years of working experience in Engineering project (Piping or Instrument discipline
• Experience in data and document control management for FPSO/ FPU Project in onshore/offshore and Oil & Gas
• Familiar with project information management system related software (i.e. Aveva Engineering, Hexagon SDX or EDWS (SQL), and PIM (non SQL)
• Experience with data or document related software (i.e. PIM, iDocs, Project Tools, and able to assist in creating progress and quality reports in Clients' Information Management system
• Knowledge and experience in Data and Documentation for Operation (DFO)/ Vital Document & Data (VDD) activities for the project

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, plan and schedule maintenance of tanker fleet including dry dock, according to instructions and timeline.
• Perform service maintenance, troubleshoot technical problems, and repair all equipment/machinery assigned.
• To check and review all purchase requisitions raised by the vessel engine department.
• To check, review and work out the action plan of all engine defects.
• Update and keep accurate records of service and repair works.
• Assist Technical Supt in monitoring the Class and Flat State requirements, planning the require surveys for vessels.
• Provide assistance to Technical Supt to prepare for dry-docking repair specifications.
• Source and recommend suppliers for all purchases.
• Update of repair cost and schedule for repairs.
• Maintain and upkeep technical manuals, maintenance and inventory record, drawings, catalogues from makers and yards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate of Competency Class-5 with sailing experiences on tankers as Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years working experiences as Technical for tankers vessels in ship management company.
• Past marine or engineering experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in vessel machinery, equipment and system an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

What you will be working on?

(A) Educational Programmes

• Oversee and monitor the school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
• Co-ordinate weekday and weekend docent tours/virtual tours for school visits, regular or special requests.
• Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
• Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.

(B) School Workshops, Programmes and Travelling Exhibitions

• Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.
• Assist in the coordination and the running of the workshops or programmes – both onsite and online.

(C) Volunteer Management

• Liaise with various groups on bookings of museum facilities for activities like training, gatherings, meetings etc.
• Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all volunteer events.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• A minimum diploma in Arts management, education, art, history or other relevant discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
