Job Objectives

• A good understanding of IT Infrastructure principles and hands-on troubleshooting & configuration technical skills across network, server (both Windows and Linux), desktop, virtualization and cloud environments.
• Server patch management, end-point security management
• Experienced in ITIL processes, project tracking and management.
• CCNA / MCSA / ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
• Be able to operate on a rotational shift pattern roaster covering Monday – Friday (Monthly or Bi-Weekly)
