1. Network Management:

Job Requirements:

• Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
• Solid background in network administration and architecture

Meta is seeking an environmental expert to lead and manage environmental due diligence and environmental permitting for our APAC network (fiber optic cable) infrastructure portfolio. This position will support APAC region network investments and technical program management to oversee and mitigate environmental risks for network projects, and will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, policy and communications. The nature of the projects will include direct investment in subsea and terrestrial projects, as well as supporting network infrastructure partner builds. This position will report directly to the Manager of the Environment & Water Team within the broader Site Development team under the Infra Data Center group. Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Management

· Conduct needs-assessment and onboard eligible caregivers onto the programme.

About the role:

SIMBA Telecom has been appointed as Singapore’s 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and currently we are building Singapore’s newest 5G mobile and fixed broadband network.

To join us and be part of this exciting journey, we are looking for telecommunication professional with IP Engineering and networking experience, who also a great team player with right attitude.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

• Design, plan, and implement the network – OSPF, MPLS, BGP, IPv4/IPv6 Routing
• Lead the IP team in network engineering and daily operational routine tasks to support business goals and continuity
• Front the network testing procedures and acceptances, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Cooperate with cross functional teams to achieve and complete the assigned tasks
• Lead and participate in various projects for the IP network service integration, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, communication links and routing protocols
• Oversee, provide engineering assessment and reviews pertaining to mobile backhaul and fixed network architecture design, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions
• Responsible and responsive character

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma specialized in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• CCNP or CCIE certification preferred
• Proficiency in IP network engineering, network security, design, operation, and optimization tasks
• Familiar with Internet, MetroEthernet and IPVPN solutions
• Experienced on the network products from Cisco, Huawei, and others
• Essential skills in network routing protocols ISIS, OSPF, eBGP/iBGP, FRR, BFD, LDP, RSVP, VLL and VPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, QoS, MPLS
• Proven ISP transit will be a bonus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers to provide daily operational network technical support
• Manage network-related projects from initiation to implementation as well as getting project signoffs from Customer’s stakeholders for project closure
• Manage Customer’s stakeholders (Tech Ops, Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity, PMO, Procurement, Legal), internal stakeholders and external vendors and/or service providers
• Ensure full compliance with SLAs, IT policies and audit requirements, and provide support to all audit activities
• Provide cross-functional support to other business units whenever a need arises
• Oversee all aspects of network service delivery including but not limited to maintenance of network design, architecture and security, network device/service availability, configuration, capacity, patch management and problem management, technology refresh etc.

Cisco routing and switching

Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ISE

Zscaler

Firewall – Palo Alto

Cisco Wireless

• Act as escalation point and lead on any network-related incident triage call together with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors/service providers
• Participate in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supporting Customer’s major events
• Work closely with third party vendor, Customer’s Business Owner, Technology Directors, Enterprise Architects to provide technical support in Customer’s POC initiatives

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Singapore
• Degree holder
• 13 years of experience in managing network operations including stakeholder management
• Experience in previous roles of similar capacity in a client-servicing environment, handling enterprise network routing, switching and wireless technology
• Proficient in Cisco SD-WAN/ISE
• Proficient in Palo Alto
