Job Function

• Full-time Trainer is to facilitate the training to all Employees to fulfil the performance gaps and improve business performance.
• Trainer should able to engage classes identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learners.
• Follow schedule provided for the Training Department and Reach site on time to conduct training as per schedule.
• Conduct training for both OJT and WSQ courses in sites and classroom if required.
• On completion of training programme, compile training records and submit course report Review, update training materials as per the transition.
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs.
• After training follow up visits to ensure effectiveness of training.
• Train curriculum and assessment according to work requirement which include but not limited to WSQ, OJT etc with close consultation with respective Department Managers.
• Review effectiveness of training and learning outcome.
• Assess appropriateness of trainee for work, to discharge or discontinue poor performance of the trainees immediately.
• Employees are to comply with any established procedures as provided.
• Employees are to understand the environmental policy.
• Employees are to help to achieve the departmental objectives and targets.
• Collecting feedbacks from trainee as well about the trainer to improve in the training

Job Requirement

• Experienced in facilitating training programs within an organization
• Hands on experience in enhancing and conducting induction or orientation courses for new team members
• Contributed to annual training plans
• Good communicator
• Ability to travel to multiple locations for trainings

Job Duties

• Responsible for developing and implementing technology-related educational sessions for the organization, clients, or end-users.
• Collaborate with the project manager to prepare project requirements and schedule for training.
• Responsible for analyzing software releases, developing a course curriculum for its demonstrations and providing required training for the same.
• Support Project teams for System Testing
• Evaluates and tests new or modified web-based programs to verify that programs function according to user requirements
• To identify and rationalize program shortcomings
• Note down problem/defect encountered during testing and inform development team
• Documentation (e.g. Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts, User Manual, Defect Register and any other ad-hoc document)
• Carrying out SIT and UAT independently

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience is required for this role
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledge of .Net and CMS is a must
• Familiar with at least a few testing tools commonly used for software testing
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as technical trainer

• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset

We are currently in the look out for a Mobile Trainer that would contribute to the improvement of productivity within organization's team members as well as managing training delivery services of training section within HR/Training Department.

Job Functions

• Develop, implement and monitor training programs within an organization within approved annual training budgets
• Design, develop and conduct corporate induction and orientation courses for all new team members
• Effectively design, develop, coordinate and implement all other training and development programs for other train as scheduled and in accordance with the overall training implementation plan as well as each team member’s annual training road map
• Ensure annual corporate vision and mission objectives are met with training interventions whenever possible
• Actively search, creatively design and energetically implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance
• Serve as an active member of the Training Department’s team

• Create individual development plans for each team member

Our Technical Trainer is responsible for developing training materials and providing training to employees using effective training techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.

You will take the lead in consolidating our knowledge base, documenting knowledge and solutions to build product knowledge capacity within the organisation.

You will create reference guides for our technical teams to have easy reference to easily access our knowledge and procedures.

You will train and audit the business partners on the installation methods used to ensure consistency in brand experience locally.

In addition, you will also conduct training analysis and evaluation to suggest necessary training program and improvements.

What will the Right Person look like?

• Experience as a Technical Trainer or a similar role, with the background in delivering technical training programs
• Prior exposure to fabrication and/or installation activities involving curtains, blinds and aluminium products for windows, balconies and outdoor spaces would be a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
