Job Description:
· Ensure that the delivery team’s purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy, and customer roadmap.
· Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
· Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilising either agile or waterfall project management methods as required.
· Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management and assist by removing blockers.
· Report progress and coordinate activities and resources.
· Application and/or platform ownership including facilitation of critical incident management and technical roadmaps.
· Empower and support product owners and delivery teams to invest in application health, balancing application and platform ownership responsibilities with project delivery.
· Develop a team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed, and partnered team.
· Builds strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.
· Manage team operations, including portfolio planning, resource, financial and risk management.
· Develop the Functional and Technical Specification Document.
· Determine the feasibility of the requirements of our product, Develop Proof of concept, and propose a solution that meets the customer’s requirements.
Skillset:
· .NET Framework 4.5 and above
· ASP.NET application development.
· HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap,
· C# 5.0 / 6.0 - Threading, Asynchronous Programming, Generics etc.
· C# Database Programming with ADO.NET, ODP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ

· Added Advantage:
· Experience in Azure DevOps
· ASP.NET MVC 5
· Experience in IDM/IAM domain.
· Experience in VAPT, SCR, HCR.
Requirements:
· Prefer Master's Degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a related field
· At least 5 years of managing projects
· Experience leading deployment teams, through full project lifecycles
· Extensive knowledge in architecting, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration products for clients
· Understanding of identity lifecycle management processes and regulations in implementing identity governance and administration solutions
· Experience in application security
· Ability to understand complex design patterns & system decomposition
· Ability to understand & work with abstract concepts
· Experience in Test Driven Development
· Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects,
· Highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and must have passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology and business transformation
· Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
· Experience in CyberSecurity assessment and practices to improve application security.
· Experience in CI/CD platforms such as Gitlab, Azure, and Atlassian Bamboo.
