We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in application development, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java backend technologies, microservices architecture, and API development, with hands-on experience in managing and developing core banking solutions. The role involves leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to drive innovative solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and customize core banking applications using Java backend technologies, focusing on Spring Boot microservices and API development.
· Lead the development of API Gateway and integration solutions for customer mobile apps and various banking modules.
· Manage and deliver product releases while ensuring high quality and adherence to Agile development processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design service specifications, data mapping, and provide production support.
· Oversee customer data migration projects and develop compliance reports in line with regulatory requirements.
· Perform performance and load testing for microservices APIs to ensure system efficiency and scalability.
· Provide technical support for overseas banking branches and coordinate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Manage technical aspects of Finacle Core banking solutions and third-party application integration.
Requirement
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend development.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Strong Database & Testing skills (e.g. NoSQL, Postgres, Redshift)
· Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to align team goals with the overall product strategy and company vision.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions with data and under more ambiguous scenarios.
