Job Description:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data cleaning and validation processes.
Maintain and update databases and data systems as necessary.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze data using statistical methods and software tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Create visualizations and dashboards to facilitate easy understanding of data insights.
Collaborate with other departments to provide data support and insights for various projects.
Support and Collaboration:
Work closely with senior data analysts, data scientists, and other team members to support data-related projects.
Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
