Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the secure operation and maintenance and development of the core transaction system database and related foundational platform systems.

2. Design and implement high availability solutions for databases to ensure 99.99% or higher availability.

Qualifications:

3. In-depth understanding of indexing, physical and logical storage, execution plans, and blocking and deadlocking

4. Skilled in backup and restoration, DBCC, database clustering, mirroring, replication, and distribution, with a strong understanding of relevant Windows platform knowledge (clustering/AD domain).
