Job Summary

The IT Software Specialist will be assisting IT Manager on set up, configure, and maintain our Digital System(s) for business operations across the company. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training new personnel on the system and ensuring its effective use across the organization. This role is critical in optimizing business operations and enhancing productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Setup business software according to organizational and site requirements.
• Configure the system to meet specific needs, including various business processes on asset tracking, work order management, and preventive maintenance scheduling, material requisition, purchase, etc.
• Assist on driving digitalization awareness and leading to adoption of progressive improvement.
• Develop and deliver training, workshop & guidance programs for users on a regular basis.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions and issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation online.
• Monitor system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
• Basic experience in drafting Flowchart.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Experience in business operations for Facilities.

Desirable

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with cloud business operation platforms, mobile application.
• Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow will be advantageous.

Component Repair
Job Description:
• Perform repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, sheetmetal etc
• Meet repair production schedule and delivery requirements
• Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• NITEC or equivalent, preferably with experiences in the component overhaul/repair industry
• Knowledge and skills in any repair process, e.g. plasma spray, water jet, shot-peening, heat treatment etc
• Able to perform rotating shift work, and support overtime, if required

Assembly
Purpose of the Job

Assembly, Inspection and Disassembly of Gas Turbine Engines and Components
Rigging and Testing of Gas Turbine Engines

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Strip, build, inspect, assemble and test gas turbine engines
2. Perform work at cell level to meet production schedule and cost control for engines jobs
3. Perform Engine Rigging and De-rigging, Engine Functional and Performance Testing, Troubleshooting
4. Handle and maintain facilities, test cells and equipment, setup & tooling design/ modification
5. Participate in process improvement and drive productivity

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to Production Manager, Military Operations
Required Experience and Qualifications:

1. Minimum NITEC in engineering discipline. Mechanical & Aerospace disciplines will be preferred
2. Past MRO or Aviation experience would be an advantage
3. Past experience with Engine Testing would be an advantage
4. Possess good communication skills
5. Energetic and willing to learn
6. Team player but also independent worker
7. Leadership skills is a plus

Other Requirements to Note

1. Singaporeans are required for this position. Country of Birth needs to be stipulated for review
2. Military Security Department (MSD) Cat 2 Clearance is required for this position


Machinist

Responsibilties:
• Responsible for set up and operate CNC & NC Machine according to production schedule and meet all specification requirement.
• Perform simple trouble shooting, basic daily machine maintenance and maintaining 6S housekeeping.
• Read, interpret & execute various machining works using CNC and NC vertical/ horizontal lathe involving milling, turning and grinding per the engine manual requirements.
• Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule & delivery requirements.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
• Participate in cost control initiatives & continuous improvement projects/ events.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:
• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aviation repair involving CNC & conventional machining (milling, turning and grinding).
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Proactive to cross-training and multi-tasking.
• On the job training will be provided.


Welder

Responsibilities:
• Perform weld repair and assembles of aircraft components with gas tungsten arc welding/ tungsten inert gas processes.
• Ability to use of measuring instruments such as gauge blocks, height gauges, dial indicators and callipers to examine components.
• Perform various jobs such as cutting, grinding, sheet metal and assembly works with hand or power tools which include portable riveting guns, squeezers, abrasive tools and torque wrenches.
• Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule & delivery requirements.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
