Job Description:

· Making sure that all customers deadlines are met; to ensure overall customer satisfaction

· Coordinate customers requirement with internal teams

· Able to handle our customers in various circumstances, even when they are being difficult

· Follow up closely on tight deadlines and ensure our teams can meet them

· Provide ideas and solution paths to customer and internal teams

· Meeting with customers and stakeholders where required to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions in services

· Analysing new project / program risks and feedback to management

· Attend conference calls with US and / or Europe customers when required.

Job Requirements:

· At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.

· Working experience in Manufacturing Environment will be advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), Outlook, PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is to provide all areas of support in the planning, organising, implementing and overseeing of the overall running and execution of programmes, services and activities of the Centre.

1. Plan, co-ordinate and implement programmes and services according to identified plans that enhance the re-integration potential of released inmates.

1. Engage and collaborate with stake-holders, individual volunteers and corporate partners to maximise resources and to execute the programme and services to achieve the desired outcomes.

1. Assist in developing structures and processes for collection and collation of information on programmes and service utilisation by beneficiaries with purpose of evaluating its outputs and outcomes.

1. Assist in generating monthly and quarterly reports on programmes and services to management, corporate and individual donors, partners and volunteers.

1. Assist in fund-raising initiatives especially in planning and organising events involving external stake-holders, corporate partners, volunteers and community.
2. Support and assist the operation of faith-related work of the Centre both inside and outside the prisons.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least a diploma in any discipline.

Working hours

Job Description

• The role is a cross between a technical product manager and a scrum master role. The weightage between product and scrum master role will vary depending on the product lifecycle.

• Own platform products end-to-end, driving product discussions (e.g. vision, goals, tenets, roadmap) across teams. Develop a product vision, growth strategy and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

• Define product strategy and help prioritize the roadmap for the platform services and overall platform.

• Lead and perform daily product management activities including writing product specs and requirements, as well as crafting high-level technical and user experience flows. Lead and manage assigned suite of products and initiatives.

• Partner with various business units to understand their business and user needs and align platform delivery milestones and dependencies.

• Effectively support the product design, engineering, and QA teams throughout sprint cycles by proactively removing roadblocks and prioritizing work items based on established outcomes and business objectives.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and perform scrum master duties when required.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance by diagnosing root issues and offer guidance for solutions. Liaise with vendors for implementation of enhancements and track prompt resolution of product issues.

• Build and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including product managers, product marketing, operations, sales, commerce, external vendors, and executives. Serve as a liaison between the development team and external stakeholders and be a scrum master for the team when required.

• Review frequent application builds to ensure on-time delivery and overall product quality. Manage the overall delivery of technology products. Anticipate any potential issues that might impact the product. Track and report product status to various steering committees.

• Working knowledge of developing QA test plans and strategies for data/analytics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital product development for core platform and internal tooling with a proven track-record of successful launches.
• Experienced in communicating to senior-level executives (written and in-person); able to adapt communication style across audiences and stakeholder groups.

• Experience producing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.

[What the role is]

CAAS’ Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a programme designed to groom talent from the outset of their CAAS career to build up core aviation capabilities, to becoming future leaders of CAAS. Through the MAP, you will gain the skills and confidence to navigate a fulfilling career in the public sector and contribute to the development of Singapore’s air hub and aviation industry.
