About the Team

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. To ensure that the company's risk management and governance strategies are up to date and aligned across the organisation, this team is responsible for working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to perform regular risk assessments, designing and implementing risk mitigation controls. We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a passion for collaborating with multidisciplinary, global teams to bring innovative immersive technologies to life in a dynamic environment. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires expertise in leading technical software initiatives, program management, effective communication, and strong leadership to influence and align stakeholders.

As a TPM, you will play a key role in structuring programs and projects that align with roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional prioritization, establishing detailed execution plans, and overseeing end-to-end delivery with clear and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex, cross-functional program plans (including requirements, milestones, and schedules) across a matrix organization involving engineering (software), product, user experience, and content teams.

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate progress towards partnership goals while addressing challenges proactively.

• Contribute to the establishment of best practices for technical program management by designing and implementing scalable processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• With 5+ years of experience in the technology industry as a technical program manager or engineering manager, leading software and/or hardware development initiatives.
• With 3+ years of experience working on complex media or entertainment products, including Unity on Android devices.
• Background in entertainment or media, with a focus on complex product development.
• Experience in developing MR/VR software products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle, driving technical maturity and delivery.
• Strong skills in task prioritization, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Snr Executive / Asst Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the SingEdExcel QA framework, School Management Model (SMM) Knowledge Repository, EduTrust compliance and data protection across the organisation.

Company's Framework & SMM Knowledge Repository

1. Assist in the development, management, and implementation of the SingEdExcel framework across schools.

2. Support the Vice President in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the framework and the knowledge repository.

3. Coordinate with school leaders and staff to ensure effective adoption and implementation of standardised policies and procedures.

4. Maintain documentation of all policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible in the knowledge repository.

5. Assist in organising professional learning sessions for school leaders on the SingEdExcel framework and SMM Knowledge Repository.

EduTrust Compliance & Support

1. Support the Vice President in serving as an internal assessor for schools preparing for EduTrust certification.

2. Assist in reviewing EduTrust-related documents.

3. Coordinate and manage documentation and evidence gathering for the EduTrust certification renewal exercise.

Data Protection Compliance

1. Assist in the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.

2. Support in conducting data protection risk assessments and audits across all schools.

3. Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations and report findings to the Group DPO.

4. Coordinate data protection training and awareness programmes for staff.

5. Maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities and assist in the preparation of reports on data protection compliance.

Job Specification

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with data protection and privacy laws, and their implementation in organisational processes.

• Knowledge of quality/compliance management systems and frameworks (e.g., EduTrust, ISO 21001) is essential.

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and system implementation is highly regarded.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an aptitude for data review and analysis.

• Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
