Our client a large financial institution is looking for a highly skilled Network (and Network security) Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions to support their regional businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network and network security solutions that meet the organization's network and security requirements.
• Deliver technical solutions and take responsibility for the standards of work.
• Oversee the design or build of customised architecture or applications, integrating it with new or existing hardware, packaged and custom software, and communications infrastructure.
• Interpret client requirements and decompose them into hardware/system requirements and specifications.
• Contribute expertise towards a proposed technical solution and will work with internal colleagues to define the roadmap and milestones.
• Provide level 3 support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in network technology and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in network security or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies, including SDWAN, ZTNA, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DLP.
• Strong Networking Security understanding
• Good level of understanding in complex troubleshooting and resolving issues with clients

Software Engineer / Developer

Reports to: Software Manager

Job Purpose

As a Software Engineer / Developer in TechKinetics, you will participate in the design, implementation, validation and deployment of Embedded Products

Key Responsibilities

1. Involved in Embedded Software Development and testing
2. Develop Board Support Packages,Drivers and Sample Applications on Intel X86 and ARM Platforms
3. Develop Graphical User Interface ( GUI ) with Qt development framework
4. To help qualify, trouble-shoot and fix technical problems and issues reported by customer
5. Work with other engineers to architect, build and test new features

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or related fields with preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in C/C++ programming languages in Unix or Linux Platforms, Postman (API testing)
• Possesses strong sense of responsibility, initiative and resourcefulness as well as keen interest in problem-solving
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply

On behalf of our client we are looking for Network Security Engineer to work one on

one basis on various tasks.

Job role :

• Manage, configure and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies (e.g. FW, UTM, IDS/IPS, SWG/SEG, VPN, EPP, DLP, ATP, 2FA, PAM, etc.)

• Respond managed security technologies fault alerts and/or customer escalation

• Use strong fundamental knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP) and product-specific knowledge to perform troubleshooting on common technical issues on the managed security technologies

• Perform escalation to internal product domain experts and/or external product vendors

• Work with internal experts/external vendors to resolve technical issues

• Prepare Incident Reports on high severity incidents

• Respond to inbound Change Requests (CRs), Service Requests (SRs), Queries on managed security technologies, in a timely manner (within stipulated SLA).

• Perform regular configuration backups on managed security technologies

• Plan and coordinate Maintenance Windows with customer on necessary software patching and version upgrades.

• Create and update technical documentations on managed security technologies. Generate monthly reports according to service scope requirements

• Adhere to policies, procedures and security best practices

• Resolve problems independently and understand escalation procedure

A little about you: Must have – Firewall Administration skillset

• RSA Solutions, Splunk, Cisco NG Firewall/NG IPS, CyberArk PAM
