This 18-month program offers exciting and rich Coaching & Mentoring, Training, On-Job Immersion and Project Experience in the dynamic areas of Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Retail, Key Account Management and other Corporate Functions.

What you will experience in the Program...

The APAC Management Trainee program will commence with 6-month immersion with the various aspects of the business, before branching out into the different commercial tracks (below) over the following 6 to 8 months. You will have the opportunity to develop and drive merchandising plans, create digital marketing strategies, lead e-commerce campaigns, and manage distributor sales strategies.

1. Merchandising

• Develop merchandising plans, analyse customer buying patterns, and manage inventory level
• Capture local/regional growth opportunities through Product Creation
• Conduct market analysis and drive product placement

2. Marketing

• Lead the team in conducting marketing analysis, and develop marketing strategy upon it
• Create and execute a cohesive brand communication plan.
• Oversee and coordinate media partnerships and collaborations

3. E-Commerce

• Lead digital marketing campaigns
• Lead the team on conducting analysis on consumer digital behaviour trends
• Oversee and manage designated ecommerce platforms

4. Key Account Management

• Develop and implement distributor sales strategies
• Drive business performance of distributors
• Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis and research.The Program will be concluded with a Business Project where you will be presenting to the APAC leaders of VF. Upon the Program wrap-up, you will kick start your career journey at VF.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Key Teams: Work closely with the Trading team, including the Head of Crude and Products, as well as the Operations, Middle Office, Finance, and Administration teams.
• Inquiry and Troubleshooting Response: Provide swift responses to inquiries and troubleshooting requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Trade and Operation Capture: Ensure accurate and timely entry and management of trade and shipping information by traders and shipping operators within the ETRM system.
• Invoicing Management: Oversee and ensure the Back Office team manages invoicing processes efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in accounting and financial reporting processes related to periodical reporting requirements.
• ETRM Analytics and Reporting: Provide advanced analytics and reporting using data from the ETRM system to support periodical reporting needs.
• ETRM System Development: Collect user feedback to drive improvements in the ETRM system, leading development projects as needed. Additionally, maintain communication with the relevant team in the company's headquarters in Tokyo and develop strong relationships with Management teams in Singapore.

Requirements

Non-experienced candidates are welcomed to apply!

• Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Finance, etc.
• Candidates with 1 - 2 years of working experience in the oil & gas trading industry (mainly in trading support, operations or system support) will have an added advantage
• Proficient in Ms Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• It will be advantageous to have experience or knowledge in Entrade or other ETRM packages
• Any experience in development/management/improvement of IT application other than ETRM will be also an advantageous

Job Overview

The Community Management Trainee for World of Tanks will report to Regional Franchise Director, APAC, WOT and WOWS in understanding and reporting for day-to-day operation of World of Tanks in Singapore. The Community Management Trainee will also work with the APAC Community, Content team to ensure the language's accuracy and quality. The role will focus on supporting the team with information collection, data analysis, and visualized reporting for improving every aspect of community/Content and product publishing and operations and better decision-making.
