• Stay current with emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve the application.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and present to senior management.
• Oversee the BAU Quarterly CR release and shoulder the lead role for L3-Production Service recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 11 to 15+ years of experience in Technology development, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc..)
• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in SAS 9.4/ VIYA framework.
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning or AI applications and familiarity with cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors.

Business Knowledge:

• Banking Background, specifically in Risk Management and/or Treasury.
• Understanding of Treasury and Retail products.
• Understanding of the business areas of Interest Rate Risk Management and Liquidity Risk Management (Balance sheet Risk management).

Technical Skills:

• Candidate must be able to apply good working knowledge of project procedures, work flows, and milestones in order to complete projects assigned.
• Base SAS and Advanced SAS certification + knowledge and working experience with SAS VIYA (this would be an added advantage)
