This role will be entirely responsible for driving the APAC rollout of DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) across all its functions, processes and tools throughout the customer lifecycle, including regular interaction with global leads involved, especially Product Management, Pricing, Project Delivery, Customer Service and IT.

• Steering of sales force across all countries to enable success & reach growth targets
• Ensuring established standards in the sale process are followed by all sales managers
• Introduce and embed world class practices at the regional level
• Deliver innovation that directly influence the way the region is operating and making money
• Analyse key trends and developments impacting business and identify change needs within the regional sales strategy
• Pricing: Ensuring compliance to pricing standards across all countries according to DFN strategy. Conduct benchmark DFN prices with competitors in APAC
• Engagement: Defining DFN sites selection jointly with Country/Cluster leadership team to maximize growth and resource utilization. Actively shaping DFN growth path in countries by addressing barriers to growth with Cluster CEOs.
• Community: Engaging with wider DHL community in the asia pacific regions
• For strategic customers: building & growing personal relationships in customer organization, owning opportunities. Working closely with client success management (CSM) Team to balance capacity and demand for CSM resources.
• Change management & communication: Continuously educating, motivating & winning wider DSC organization to embrace new way of working. Design & execute comprehensive communication plan to ensure understanding & support for DFN grows continuously. Report and communicate regional DFN strategies, decisions and results to MD DFN and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborations: Identifying, acquiring & building-up powerful partnerships with external players (e.g. shop systems) as well as DHL internal players (e.g. DHL Express) to increase lead generation, and capabilities of DFN. Negotiate and authorize critical agreements/ contracts, changing terms and conditions significantly where required.
• Drive APACs market growth and retention rate
• Collaborate with DFN marketing team to ensure all elements of ‘DFN marketing machine’ are in place and supported for all countries in the region
• Identifying product improvement ideas based on direct customer feedback, market intelligence & regional needs
• Work with regional and local DSC marketing teams to ensure DFN is represented at key conferences and events
• Coaching: Coaching DFN sales managers on their own role as ‘change agents’ in their respective countries; Helping them to be successful in getting full buy-in for new way of working. Support team to develop major leads, prepare proposals, negotiate and convert critical business in the region

Job Purpose:

To support the Program Manager in strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, which include New Product Introduction (NPI), Order Administration, BOM Management and Planning.

Job Description:

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers’ current and future needs
• Timely fulfilment of customers’ orders or communication of schedule revision
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time
• Respond to all customers’ inquiries promptly
• Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required
• Support customers’ audits and visits when necessary

2. New Product Release

• Responsible for ECN (Engineering Change) and new BOM (Bill of Material) management, which includes item master creations.
• Ensure that all ECNs and BOMs are cross checked before releasing it and any ad hoc amendment to the BOM through internal ECN or waiver
• Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval.
• Define Production Routing Guide for manufacturing
• Ensure packing handling units (carton & palletization) are defined accordingly
• Maintain customer part numbers in ERP system
• Manage EOL (End of Life) of products.
• Handles new customer requirement that involves ERP system update and UAT
• Work together with manufacturing engineer & production to define the relevant process or packing instruction
• Maintain the relevant documents pertaining to BOM management, which includes work instruction, sticker placement
• Interface customer with respect to NPR, ECN, and FCS launch management
• Prepare samples for customer review/approval
• Prepare and participate in customer audit on new SKUs or artwork
• Create BOM structure for all new product release from sketch and maintain item, BOM, ECN and void in customer's SAP as per customer requirements

3. Report and Masterlist Tracking

• Ensure FAA Tracking List and BOM masterlist are well maintained
• Prepare launch tracking report
• Prepare QBR data on relevant sections
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports as requested by customers and management

4. Order Processing

• Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
• Prepares samples, price estimates and quotations within customer’s expectations and timeframe
• Creates work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
• Manage customer’s product content effectively

5. Material Planning

• Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
• Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
• Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner

6. Productivity and Innovation

• Identify potential improvement initiatives
• Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• 1 – 2 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (Program Administrator)
• 3 – 5 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (Senior Program Administrator)
• Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication abilities
• Independent and proactive, with strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in MRP and SAP systems will be added advantage

DC Environment Support

• Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels defined by the Customers.
• Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);
• Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);
• Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);
• Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and
• Water leakage detection.
• Shall ensure the DC infrastructure is monitored on twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• The Vendor shall inform the Customer within one (1) hour when problems are detected.
• Shall work with the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier to resolve any infrastructure issues detected in accordance to the support hours as required by the Customer.

DC Facilities Management Services

• Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.
• Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.
• Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.
• Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.
• Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.
• Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.
• Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.
• Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.
• Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.
• Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer

Requirements:

• Preferably Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent

Technical Operations Center Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Operations Center (TOC) Operators to join our dynamic team. The TOC Operators will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the technical operations of a dedicated set of integrated systems designed to monitor a customer’s subscription video service. The service includes terrestrial networks and distribution systems. In addition to the essential functions listed below, this role will involve incident management and response to escalation from other Globecast BUs in other regions involved in the service. The ideal candidate must have a technical background in video, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions :

• Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure while exhibiting excellent customer service skills. Collaborate professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Relevant Technical qualification from ITE; Polytechnic and/or equivalent qualification.

• Receive and track maintenance notifications. Co-ordinate internally and externally to conclude such maintenance without or minimal impact on streaming services.
• Log issues and provide incident management reports.
• Manage communication with content partner and other global TOCs.
• Perform proactive transmission routine tasks.
• Perform request for streaming channels turn-ups and turn-downs based on standard communication.
• Previous working experience in similar roles would be beneficial.
• Prior working experience with video streaming systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of video streaming formats and video broadcast ingest is recommended.
• Decision maker and problem solver, critical eye for diagnostics.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting to second line level, particularly networking.
